Sleep disorders among people working in shifts is a common phenomenon and is often seen in people working in hospitals, fire fighting and police officers. This kind of a sleep disorder is mainly due to the regular alterations in work and sleep timings. This kind of sleep disorder can also be found in students when they have changes in their timings until they get adjusted to their new schedule.
